This eBook is kind of like a guide to help you prepare for a positive birth experience - whatever that looks like for you. In this book I go over some birthing options that you may not have thought about before. I have included a birth plan template that you can fill out. I've also thrown in a sample template that I filled out while pregnant with my second baby.

I am not a midwife (although I wish I was!) and so this eBook has been written from my own experiences. It is not medical advice. Please don't see it as that. It's more just me offering you support if I can.
