I bought the key chain which was personalised for my children’s Oma (grandmother) I love that you can choose what is printed on it and you can change the photo whenever you like. It made it easy to find something that the kids could give to their Oma that she can use daily and see their beautiful smiling faces everywhere she goes.
I bought a Brooklyn backpack nappy bag and had to change the delivery address. The customer service was awesome, they could not have been more helpful. Sometimes once you’ve bought and paid for something you don’t always get good service, but that definitely wasn’t the case with Milk and Poppy.

I bought the Brooklyn backpack nappy bag for my daughter’s first baby ( our first grandchild!). She has had her little boy now and is putting the bag to good use. I can happily say that she loves it as do many of her friends ( nappy bag envy !!) She is a designer so she appreciates the little but hugely helpful features like thermally lined bottle pouches and the easy access spot for wipes. It looks fantastic on either Mum or Dad. Thanks Kassie for such a thoughtful product.
