A community at your fingertips. That is what we have created here at Milk & Poppy. We are so much more than unique, timeless baby products. We are the ones cheering you on from the side-lines as you grapple with motherhood. We are the ones who welcome your new arrival with joy. Apart from bringing you beautiful pieces for mum and baby, I'm here to support, connect, and inspire you.
My name is Kassie and I, along with my husband Aaron, created Milk & Poppy to fill a need for beautiful, gentle, gender-neutral pieces when we were expecting our first love Aubrey. We didn’t know her gender, and I saw a massive gap in the market that I ached to fill. While on maternity leave with Aubrey, I slowly begun curating and creating this little dream of mine. I am an artist, with a creative side that truly yearned to be explored, and all the art you see on our products are hand-drawn by me in our little home on the Central Coast of New South Wales. A little part of me and my dream etched on the pieces I designed.
It truly is surreal experiencing motherhood. There are the ups and the downs, the long nights and the overwhelming love. Cradling your baby in your arms, wrapping them with love in one of our swaddles? I honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Our swaddles have been so painstakingly perfected, to the gentle and soft fabric they are today, passed on from one mama to another.
We launched Milk & Poppy one week after our second babe Penelope joined our family, so you know I know a thing or two about completely throwing yourself in the deep end. But, this brand is a labour of love, a piece of me to you, and the idea of mamas walking around, using my products to support their motherhood journey? There are no words.
So thank you, for coming along on this journey. We are so happy to have you.

What's in the name 'Milk & Poppy'
Both times that we have found out we were pregnant - at 4 weeks - our little loves were the size of a 'poppy' seed. Milk is what nourishes our babies, and I'm always so amazed with breastfeeding - it's been a huge part of my motherhood journey and the word 'milk' just makes me think of mama and baby.
Hence Milk & Poppy (plus it just sounds good 😉)
